It is pretty tough keeping up working on the pictures, edit them and put them into the gallery and add new blog entries when you spent roughly 15 hours daily in the park.
Driving distance is certainly an issue, too and over Memorial Day weekend it is going to be worse.
Nonetheless, we have seen our first wolves at the crack of dawn while entering the park from the west entrance. It was a group of four wolves, three on the north side of the Madison river and one limping along the street. Later in the beautiful morning we saw a bull moose at Swan Lake and met several Y-Net people again. A couple of new pictures are online and could be found in our Yellowstone gallery.
What else is to say? Well, the sunrise is quicker than us, hard light starts usually around 8:00 AM and. The same applies to the sunset as well. We see lots of thing, enjoy the outdoors and short hikes as well as the abundance of wildlife but for serious photography we are ways too slow.
