For a we days it has been quiet which was related to being on the road and having limited to no access to the internet. We were quite lucky with our trip and from Tain we took the scenic route along the east coast of Scotland to John O’ Grates where gusty winds and horizontal rain welcomed us. From there the road led us towards Durness where we slept in a lovely B&B close to the town. Luckily we had some clear skies and we were able to photograph the milky way. From Durness we drove to Ullapool where we spent two days and hiked the Stac Pollaidh again with some beautiful autumn light followed by another chance to photograph the milky way. Today we are heading slowly towards the Isle of Skye but another storm system is bringing wind and more rain. And again you’ll find us in some of the images in the gallery.
